Rates
- Loft Rooms (2 twin/full bunk-beds, 1 queen sleeper-sofa)*
- Minimum charge $159 per night for 1 to 4 people with an additional $10 charge per person thereafter.
- Single Rooms*
- 6 rooms with 2 queen beds - $129 per night
4 rooms with 2 full beds - $119 per night
2 rooms with 1 king bed - $119 per night
*A total of 6% hotel tax will be added to above rates
Cancellation Policy
We realize that sometimes plans change. In order to be fair to other prospective guests of the Lodge and to avoid unnecessary charges, please cancel your reservation by 3 PM two days prior to your arrival. Regrettably, we must assess a one-night charge per room for cancellations that are made after 3 PM two days prior to arrival. When you have a confirmed reservation and fail to arrive on the date indicated, and you neglect to cancel according to the time frame indicated above, you will be charged for your entire reservation.

- No Pets Allowed in Any Unit
- We encourage all hunters to visit our lodge, however, we ask that you come prepared to house your dog outside your unit in your kennel.
- No Game or Fishing Cleaning Allowed on Premises
- South Shore and Calliham Park boat ramps have fish cleaning stations. We ask that you clean your fish and all other game prior to entering the premises. This will help us to avoid all the unnecessary animals just waiting for a treat. There will be an ice machine with “bagged ice” at the office at a cost of $2 per bag.
- All Rooms are Non-Smoking
- There are outside receptacles scattered among the buildings to collect your “butts”. Please be considerate to all those around you and the property by disposing of them properly.
- No Ice Chests Permitted Inside Units
- Each unit has an under-counter refrigerator/freezer to keep beverages & food cold. Please leave your ice chests outside your door. This will help to eliminate any unnecessary odors in the units.
- Covered Boat Stalls
- Each unit has one assigned boat stall. The numbered stall coincides with your room number. There are an additional two covered stalls, which you may use on a first come basis. These stalls will not be numbered. If you are parked in an unauthorized stall, you will be required to move your boat. Each stall is equipped with electrical outlets for your use.
- Pavilion Use
- The pavilion kitchen can be reserved for groups of 8 or more upon availability. A $50 deposit will be required to ensure that all appliances have been turned off and the kitchen is left clean. We encourage all to use the sitting area in the pavilion and enjoy the view of the lake, however, we ask that you remove all of your trash upon leaving the pavilion. There are several cooking stations on the property for everyone’s use. Please remember to bring your own cooking utensils (pots, pans, plates, forks, etc.). Each room is equipped with a microwave, under-counter refrigerator, and a 10-12 cup coffee pot (coffee packets provided). No dishes are provided.
- Item Charges
- If you decide you need any of the following items from your room, then you agree to the charges below which will be applied to your credit card. There are two brown boat towels in your room for your use. Please return them to the room after use. Bath towel - $9, Hand towel - $6, Wash cloth - $3, Boat towel - $8, Coffee Pot - $30, Unreturned key - $25 (You may place in drop box at office upon departure).
- Cleaning Services
- If your stay is longer than one night, we do not clean the rooms on a daily basis. Depending on the length of your stay, maid service will be scheduled accordingly. If you need to exchange for clean towels or you need additional supplies, you may obtain them at the office during office hours.
- Gate Access
- The security gate closes at 9 PM and reopens at 5 AM. You will be given a gate code with your confirmation to gain entry to the lodge should you arrive after hours. Should you depart prior to 5 AM, PLEASE PULL FORWARD as close as you can until gate starts to open.
